As a therapist, I have a fundamental belief in the resiliency of the human spirit and the power of relationships. When you're reaching out for help, things can feel hopeless or discouraging and it's important for you to know that I believe you can do this and that you have what it takes.
I use an eclectic approach in therapy, tailoring sessions to best meet the needs of each individual or family. By valuing your wisdom and strengths, I acknowledge that you are the expert here when it comes to your own life and/or family issues. What a privilege it is for me to combine your expertise with trauma-informed theory and tools learned through specialized training and almost 10 years of experience walking through life with others on this journey.
I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2010 (Go Irish!) and completed a Masters of Social Work program through The University of Southern California in 2014. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado. I am a TBRI® Practitioner and have completed Level-One Theraplay® training and formal training in EMDR.
